Helping develop a strategic plan for a community health agency. Cadensus first created a team of advisors. In concert with the advisors, Cadensus developed the strategic plan while guiding the advisors through many challenges such as shifting reimbursement and competition, identifying and analyzing specific alternatives and tactics for governance and CEO succession, financial viability, program development, organizational growth and change, employee engagement, and advocacy and philanthropy.
